Scarsdale Concours d’Elegance

As a condition of entering my car in the Scarsdale Concours, I acknowledge that my car will be on show to the general public. In some cases, photographs of the show, potentially including an image of my car, may be reproduced on the web site and promotional materials related to the Scarsdale Concours.

I agree to hold the Scarsdale Concours, Inc. (a 501c3 LLC) harmless for any damage sustained by my car as a result of my participation in the show.

The Scarsdale Concours reserves the right to decide my display location and the judging class for each car I include in the show.

The Scarsdale Concours reserves the right to cancel my participation in the show upon refund of my entry fee.

Individual hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Town/Village of Scarsdale, their administrators, executors, successors, assigns, agents, officers, and employees, from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and all other costs of defense, of every name and description arising out of the (event) to be held in the Town/Village of Scarsdale.
